The brightest headlamp in our professional series, the Apex, has been a favorite of extreme outdoorsmen and caverns for years. This powerhouse stand-by is receiving an upgrade this year via a new user Interface and added light output and battery consumption control through the ability to dim in all modes. The pinnacle of waterproof LED headlamp design, the Apex incorporates a single regulated max bright LED plus four regulated ultra bright LEDs. The Apex is capable of a powerful spot beam or a bright flood, has two switches that make changing modes intuitive and proprietary heat sink technology allows the LEDs to burn brighter and longer.
