This makes Huusk Japanese knife more durable, harder, and sharper than other knives.

Improved BladeThe length of our upgraded Huusk blade is approximately 7.09 inches. The extended blade is designed to fit comfortably in any hand and to fit perfectly in the palm. In addition, the surface of Huusk Viking knife is blackened to prevent rust. Being an edge retention knife, the Huusk knife will stay sharp as long as you give it proper maintenance. Premium Control The unique curved design of the blade allows the greatest area to be in contact with the cutting board, making an efficient cutting. For premium control, slide your finger into the hole while using the forged boning knife. Our upgraded handles of the Huusk handmade knives are made of sourwood.
