2. Matching steps/methods
1. Loose nut unloading parts: first loosen the wheel lock nut, then unscrew the ball pin nut of the steering tie rod, and use a 17 torx wrench to disconnect the ball pin connection.
2. Disassemble the steering wheel: Pry open the horn switch of the steering wheel with a tool, then unscrew the steering wheel fixing nut and unplug the ignition switch and steering and other wire speed plugs.
3. Take off the steering column: Loosen the steering column fixing screw and disconnect the steering column from the connection between the steering column and the steering gear.
4. Install the new lock: Install the new steering column lock in the correct position and tighten the fixing bolts.
5. Programming matching: Use a special detector, such as VAG5054 or VAG5054A, enter the Volkswagen Audi website, enter the body number and 4S shop code, find the anti-theft code, and match the new lock with the vehicles electronic system
